A desire to share, help, build and problem solve led to the founding of SmartCOG by Justin Spreckley. A successful and varied executive career that included experience as employee, employer, founder, shareholder, operational driver, business development champion, COO, CEO, mentee, mentor, change agent and catalyst for enterprise growth developed Justin’s broad and valuable business understanding. Borne from reflection on his successes, failures, lived learning and undeniable drive to “solve the riddle” and maximise opportunity whatever that may be SmartCOG continues to add value and serve its customers.

SmartCOG have a network of experts to call on if required and are particularily well versed in most forms of construction contract (i.e. COLTO, COTO, GCC, JBCC, FIDIC, NEC etc.)
